Business Development Manager | Remote UK | £100k OTE | B2B SaaS

Join a market leading SaaS business at the start of its next big growth chapter.

For over a decade this company has dominated the Field Service Management space, becoming the platform of choice for highly regulated, asset heavy organisations across the UK. Their customer relationships average over 10 years, a rare feat that speaks to how deeply embedded and mission critical their platform is within enterprise operations.

Now they're investing seriously in a brand new Sales function, and they want a Business Development Manager who's hungry to build something from the ground up.

This isn't a role where you inherit a book of accounts and keep things ticking over. This is a genuine new business hunting role with real strategic scope, real autonomy, and a real opportunity to shape how this company wins its next generation of customers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
