About the Role
Our client, a leading b2b events and media business, is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth. You’ll source, engage, and convert new partners while nurturing existing relationships, working closely with marketing and production to deliver standout outcomes.

What you’ll do as Business Development Manager
- Identify and prioritise partnership opportunities across target sectors.
- Prospect, pitch, and close new business to hit and exceed revenue targets.
- Grow and maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasting.
- Strengthen existing client relationships to drive renewals and upsells.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and think critically to ensure project success.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years in B2B sales/business development with clear results.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven execution of successful development strategies.
- Focused, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed targets.

- Salary: £35,000–£42,000 + 40% bonus.
