Are you a driven Business Development Manager with a passion for winning new business in the Facilities Management sector?
A leading FM organisation is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to play a key role in driving strategic growth across the UK.

Working remotely with travel to client meetings as required, you'll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing lasting client relationships and helping shape the future growth of a market-leading organisation.
The Role
As The Business Development Manager, You'll
- Identify, develop and secure new Facilities Management business opportunities across a range of sectors.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through strategic business development activity.
- Develop trusted relationships with prospective clients, understanding their challenges and presenting tailored FM solutions.
- Work closely with Bid, Solutions, Commercial and Operational teams to develop competitive proposals and successful tenders.
- Lead client presentations, negotiations and commercial discussions through to contract award.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities to support business growth.
- Represent the business at industry events, networking opportunities and client meetings.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to grow and expand existing accounts.
You
To be successful in the role of Business Development Manager, you'll bring:
- Proven success winning new business within the Facilities Management sector.
- Strong knowledge of Hard FM, Soft FM or Total Facilities Management services.
- A demonstrable track record of securing high-value contracts and developing strategic client relationships.
- Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation and presentation skills.
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex sales cycles.
- Strong strategic thinking with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
- A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with wider business teams.
