Business Development Manager - GCP
We're looking for a Business Development Manager - GCP to join our team in London, United Kingdom in a hybrid working mode.
In this role, you will combine a strong new business development approach with partner-centric growth strategies. While your core responsibility is to drive net-new revenue through new logo acquisition, you will also cultivate strategic relationships across EPAM's partner ecosystem to co-create routes to market and accelerate joint success. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for collaboration and the ability to position EPAM as the partner of choice for large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
This is a sales and new business development role: you will develop relationships with Google Cloud's UK alliance organisation, building trust from field sellers through to regional leadership and convert that partnership into net-new pipeline and revenue for EPAM.
Responsibilities
- Drive new logo acquisition and net-new revenue growth across the UK region
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with ecosystem partners, co-developing go-to-market plans to address emerging client demands
- Develop and grow relationships with Google Cloud's UK partner and alliance teams, from field sellers through to regional leadership
- Drive joint account planning, co-selling cadences and executive engagement with Google Cloud (including QBRs and partner events) to unlock shared pipeline and deepen the alliance
- Identify and convert whitespace opportunities in existing or underdeveloped accounts
- Engage senior stakeholders (C-suite, VP-level) across both clients and partners to influence decisions
- Navigate and orchestrate multi-party relationships to accelerate deal cycles
- Lead the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting through close, leveraging partner engagement for entry and reach
- Execute proactive outbound activities including joint campaigns with partners to expand pipeline
- Ensure robust pipeline governance, forecasting and reporting practices

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
