Permanent / Desk Based
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Commission

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Driving new business growth by identifying and securing partnerships across:
- Estate planning
- Independent Financial Advisors (IFA’s)
- Will Writers
- Legal and financial sectors
- Managing and developing partner relationships, ensuring high engagement and revenue growth through:
- Regular meetings
- Strategic collaboration
- Representing the company at events, meetings, and networking opportunities to:
- Promote services
- Generate leads
- Build strong relationships
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure:
- Seamless service delivery
- Partner satisfaction
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets through:
- Effective account management
- Lead generation
- Performance tracking
Requirements
They are looking for candidates with some or all of the following experience:
- Field-based B2B Sales
- Account and Partner Relationship Management
- CRM and Sales Pipeline Management (HubSpot* is a plus*)
- Event and Networking Engagement
- Presenting to professional audiences
- Professional Sales or Account Management Certifications
- Industry-specific knowledge or training in Legal or Financial Services

Hiring Process – What to Expect
A simple, straightforward process:

- Initial chat (30-minute conversation with their Sales and Distribution Director), focusing on competencies in a relaxed setting
- Competency-based interview (up to 90 minutes) with the Sales and Distribution Director and CEO
- Task or Presentation (opportunity to showcase your skills as part of the interview process)
- Feedback (typically within 1 week of your interview)
