Business Development Manager

Permanent / Desk Based

Salary: Up to £40,000 + Commission

Start Date: Flexible

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Driving new business growth by identifying and securing partnerships across:
    • Estate planning
    • Independent Financial Advisors (IFA’s)
    • Will Writers
    • Legal and financial sectors
  • Managing and developing partner relationships, ensuring high engagement and revenue growth through:
    • Regular meetings
    • Strategic collaboration
  • Representing the company at events, meetings, and networking opportunities to:
    • Promote services
    • Generate leads
    • Build strong relationships
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure:
    • Seamless service delivery
    • Partner satisfaction
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets through:
    • Effective account management
    • Lead generation
    • Performance tracking

Requirements

They are looking for candidates with some or all of the following experience:

  • Field-based B2B Sales
  • Account and Partner Relationship Management
  • CRM and Sales Pipeline Management (HubSpot* is a plus*)
  • Event and Networking Engagement
  • Presenting to professional audiences
  • Professional Sales or Account Management Certifications
  • Industry-specific knowledge or training in Legal or Financial Services
