Do you have experience selling Employer of Record (EOR), Agent of Record (AOR) or Global Payroll solutions?

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager – Global to join our growing Giant Global team.

If you've successfully developed new business within the international workforce solutions market and enjoy building long-term client relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of Giant Global by helping recruitment agencies and businesses engage workers compliantly across the world.

What we offer

  • Salary: £45,000 per annum +commission
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Hours: 37hrs per week, Mon to Fri 9AM -6PM (flexibility required for client meetings and evening events)
  • Location: Homebased-UK

About the role

As our Business Development Manager - Global, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities across our Global Payroll, Employer of Record (EOR) and Agent of Record (AOR) services.

Working with recruitment agencies and businesses operating internationally, you'll identify opportunities, build relationships with senior decision-makers and manage the complete sales process from initial enquiry through to successful client onboarding.

You'll also identify opportunities to introduce clients to other Giant services, helping to build long-term, profitable partnerships.

What you’ll be doing

  • Winning new business across Employer of Record (EOR), Agent of Record (AOR) and Global Payroll services.
  • Building relationships with recruitment agencies and businesses operating internationally.
  • Developing relationships with senior decision makers including business owners, directors and finance leaders.
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to proposal, negotiation, contract signature and onboarding.
  • Growing your pipeline through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, referrals, networking events and marketing campaigns.
  • Working closely with our operations and implementation teams to deliver an excellent onboarding experience.
  • Maintaining accurate opportunities, pipeline activity and forecasts within HubSpot.
  • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional Giant services.
  • Using AI tools and automation to improve prospecting, research and sales effectiveness.

About you

To be considered for this role, you'll have:

  • Proven experience selling Employer of Record (EOR), Agent of Record (AOR), Global Payroll or international workforce solutions.
  • A successful track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience selling into recruitment agencies or businesses with international workforce requirements.
  • Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline using a CRM system such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage senior decision-makers.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently.
