Business Development Manager
Business Development Manager (Supported Services)
Location: Ealing / Hybrid
Salary: £56,000-£62,053
Contract: 6-month fixed term, full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
DBS Level: Standard
Do you enjoy turning ideas into meaningful change? Join us as a Business Development Manager and play a key role in shaping the future of our Supported Services. You'll identify opportunities for growth, develop robust business cases and secure funding. Your work will help improve outcomes for our customers and communities.
Working collaboratively across the organisation and with external partners, you'll combine strategic thinking with strong analytical skills to explore new opportunities. You'll develop evidence-based proposals, influence decision-making and help support the long-term sustainability of our services.
From researching funding opportunities and analysing performance data to presenting recommendations for senior leaders, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact. You'll also facilitate stakeholder workshops and help turn innovative ideas into practical solutions that strengthen our Supported Services.

More About You
- Experience in business planning, service development or project delivery
- Knowledge of the housing, supported housing or social care sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience developing business cases, financial modelling and evidence-based recommendations
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills
- Ability to interpret data and turn insights into practical solutions
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Understanding of funding landscapes and commissioning processes would be advantageous
- Project management experience would be desirable
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grades A*–C) and a degree or relevant professional qualification
