s An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to join a market-leading supplier serving the catering & hospitality secto r.This is a high-impact field sales / new business / account growth role focused on developing existing customers, winning new business and driving profitable growth across a portfolio of high-quality hospitality account s.Ideal for a consultative sales professional with experience in foodservice sales, hospitality sales, premium food distribution, FMCG, wholesale or B2B business development, this role offers the opportunity to work with quality-led customers in a dynamic and growing secto

Key Responsibilit iesDrive new business development across premium hospitality accounts including restaurants, hotels and food-led ven uesGrow existing accounts through account management, upselling, cross-selling and share of wallet gro wthDeliver against sales targets, margin growth, revenue KPIs and pipeline objecti vesIdentify product, category and menu development opportunities within customer accou ntsUse a consultative, solution-led sales approach to build long-term partnerships with chefs, operators and decision mak ersDevelop and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, lead generation and opportunity convers ionPosition the business as a preferred supply partner through value-led selling and exceptional customer engagem entUtilise CRM systems to manage pipeline activity, forecasting and account development pl ansCollaborate cross-functionally with commercial, operations and category teams to deliver outstanding service and gro wthMonitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to unlock commercial opportunit
