💷 Up to £55,000 + £20,000 OTE + £5000 Car Allowance
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our expanding onboarding team.
This is a key role focused on winning new care packages, building strong commissioner relationships and supporting service mobilisation across complex care services.
The role is primarily sales-driven (approximately 75% business development / 25% project coordination) and offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful outcomes by helping individuals access high-quality, person-centred care.
About The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will lead the full sales lifecycle from identifying new opportunities through to securing and mobilising packages of care.
You will work closely with commissioners, case managers and clinical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high-quality service delivery.
This role combines relationship management, strategic sales and collaborative working, ideal for someone who is commercially focused but motivated by delivering positive impact in healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within complex care services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commissioners and key stakeholders
- Lead the full sales cycle from enquiry through to contract agreement and mobilisation
- Support onboarding of new care packages in collaboration with clinical and operational teams
- Represent the organisation at meetings, networking events and presentations
- Develop proposals, pricing structures and bid submissions
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and sales reporting
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support growth strategy
- Attend MDT meetings, commissioner reviews and client meetings where required
Essential
About You
- Proven experience in business development, account management or healthcare sales
- Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills
- Commercially focused and target-driven
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Ability to manage your own diary and work autonomously
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Desirable
- Experience working within complex care, continuing healthcare, brain injury or learning disability services
- Understanding of NHS commissioning structures
