Business Development Manager – Emsworth
Are you a proactive, driven commercial professional with a passion for cultivating relationships and unlocking new opportunities? We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our client’s expanding team.
Our client delivers cutting-edge, full‑scale aerial technology solutions across a diverse range of global industries.
The Opportunity
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth by building strategic relationships, identifying new business channels, and presenting technology solutions that transform how organisations operate.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of our platform, its capabilities, and the value it delivers to customers across multiple sectors.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts.
- Manage the full business development lifecycle—from prospecting and consultative discovery through to qualification and handover to the sales team.
- Use strategic outbound activities including calls, email outreach, networking, and social selling to create high‑quality opportunities.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline, ensuring consistent growth activity and accurate forecasting.
- Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

What We're Looking For
- Must have 1 year + experience in business to business sales.
- Experience in the technology sector desired but not necessary.
- Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal—with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Commercially minded, curious, and motivated by achieving measurable outcomes.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Demonstrated experience promoting value-driven technology or solutions with a clear ROI.
- Highly organised, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once.
- Ambitious about career development and committed to mastering the art of business growth.
