The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of business growth, identifying new opportunities and introducing transformative technology solutions to organisations across multiple sectors.
You'll:
- Build and develop relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Identify, target, and engage new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
- Manage the full business development journey, from prospecting and discovery through to qualification and handover.
- Use a mix of calls, networking, email campaigns, social selling, and events to generate high-quality opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's technology and communicate its value effectively.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities with accurate forecasting and activity management.
- Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with a passionate, innovative team committed to driving technology adoption worldwide.

About You
We're looking for a motivated sales professional who thrives on winning new business and creating commercial opportunities.
You'll ideally have:
- At least 1 year's B2B sales experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with a hunger to succeed.
- Strong commercial awareness and a results-focused mindset.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience within the technology sector (desirable but not essential).
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- A genuine desire to develop your career in business development and technology sales.
