Business Development Manager – Education
Hybrid | South Schools
£55,000–£65,000 + 10% Performance Bonus
Are you an experienced Business Development Manager with a background in SEND, Independent Special Schools or Children's Services? We're looking for a commercially driven professional to develop Local Authority partnerships, increase occupancy, secure new placement opportunities and support the continued growth of our Ofsted-regulated education services.

What you'll bring:
- 3+ years' experience in Business Development, Commissioning or Strategic Partnerships
- Strong knowledge of EHCPs, SEND and Local Authority commissioning
- Experience building relationships with Commissioners and key stakeholders
- Proven ability to drive occupancy and business growth and OFSTED knowledge
- Full UK Driving Licence
