Wholesale Account Manager – North (Vaping & Smoking Alternatives)
🚨 Calling experienced Wholesale / Cash & Carry specialists in the vaping sector! 🚨
Join a fast-growing distributor offering real autonomy, strong earning potential, and clear progression into management within 12 months. You’ll manage your own Northern territory (Birmingham and above), building relationships with independent wholesalers while driving new business growth.
With a leading oral nicotine pouch brand, you’ll have a compelling product in a high-demand category to support success from day one.
Location & Compensation
📍 Home-based with field travel required 💰 Up to £40,000 basic (dependent on experience) + £5,000 car allowance + uncapped bonus

About the Role
As a Wholesale Account Manager, you’ll:
- Own your Northern territory from Birmingham upwards
- Build and maintain wholesale & cash & carry relationships
- Drive new business growth for the brand
- Support or expand the distribution of a leading oral nicotine pouch product
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with key wholesale accounts to ensure optimal sales performance.
- New Business Development: Identify and secure new wholesalers and retail partnerships in the vaping/smoking alternatives sector.
- ** Territory Growth**: Scale territories, enhance brand visibility, and boost revenue streams.
- Market Analysis: Leverage market knowledge to drive wholesale demand and align strategy with company goals.
- Fieldwork & Reporting: Conduct field visits, track progress, and present performance metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements
✅ Proven experience in the vaping/smoking alternatives sector ✅ Strong track record managing wholesale & cash & carry relationships ✅ Proven success in new business acquisition and account expansion ✅ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and desire to progress quickly into management ✅ Experience travelling regularly for business visits
