Job Title: Business Development Manager (IT/ Access Control & CCTV)
Location: Hybrid / Remote – UK
Salary: Negotiable
About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities within IT, Managed IT Services, IT Infrastructure & Support Structured Cabling, Data Centers, CCTV, Access Control & Integrated Security Systems.
- Generate new business opportunities across the UK within both public and private sectors.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including IT Managers, Directors, Procurement Teams, and C-level executives.
- Identify opportunities for managed IT services, cybersecurity, networking, cloud solutions, and integrated security systems.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close new business opportunities.
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project implementation.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
- Liaise with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts meet revenue recognition and compliance standards.

Qualifications and Skills

- Proven BDM experience within the UK IT Industry.
- Must have experience in IT, Managed IT Services, IT Infrastructure & Support Structured Cabling, Data Centers, CCTV, Access Control & Integrated Security Systems.
- A successful track record of winning new business and securing framework agreements.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue and business growth.
