Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the growth of a leading digital agency, helping connect UK and global businesses with innovative web development, digital marketing, and software solutions that drive measurable success.

You’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and helping shape the agency’s growth strategy. Working closely with our design, development, and marketing teams, you’ll identify where our services can create the most impact and build long-term partnerships that deliver real results.

You’ll be confident, commercially minded, and driven by success — someone who thrives on understanding client needs, creating tailored proposals, and turning conversations into meaningful collaborations.

At Discovery Design, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, ambitious team using cutting-edge digital tools and data-driven insight to help clients achieve their business goals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
