Job Role
Job holder will direct the business development activities of the organization and drive the sales business. They play a key role in the company and in the generation of new business. Developing a client base (both direct and intermediated) for our Global and Admitted product, and achieve profitable sales growth in accordance with agreed targets.
Responsibilities
- Work with the General Manager to build new business relationships and establish an extensive distribution network of insurance brokers and intermediaries in order to generate and negotiate new income for Now Health International to an agreed annual target (to increase year on year).
- Identify and capitalize on marketing and selling opportunities.
- Comprehensive understanding of Broker tiering.
- Proven ability to penetrate the Broker network through tiering.
- Ability to influence broker / distribution results.
- Key understanding of financial insurance PnLs.
- Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, including awareness of the performance of specific accounts, ensuring that targets are met and all sales administration is current using OH+ / CRM software.
- Manage and align clients’ and distributors expectations of service standards, and support the development of operational staff to nurture strong intermediary relationships.
- Deploy effective account management strategies including mid-year reviews, staff inductions and acting as day-to-day escalation and resolution point for brokers and HR managers.
- Relationship management as necessary to maximize revenue return.
- Contribute to the marketing strategies including advertising, Public relations and brand awareness, merchandising, sales tools.
- Contribute to the design and marketing of the company’s healthcare products.
- Achieve financial plans including sales and profitability and report on the results of the area under control as required and make appropriate recommendations to maximize income and achieve/maintain profitability.
- Maintain detailed awareness of competitors’ activity, products and pricing.
- Work collaboratively with Operational teams to ensure that customers are fully supported and receive a peerless service experience.
- Ensure that any complaints or service failures are dealt with strictly in accordance with Complaints Procedures.
- Take personal responsibility to always actively treat customers fairly.
- Adhere to best practice processes including delivery of all the agreed service standards.

- Candidate must have 5 years IPMI / PMI experience and exposure.
- Candidate should have the ability and willingness to travel across the UK as per business needs with no travel restrictions.
- Candidate must have strong Brokerage relationships.
- Strong client management skills and ability to keep promises.
- Able to demonstrate full knowledge of the sales process.
- Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
- A positive attitude to dealing with people.
- Capable of working independently and taking individual ownership.
