Business Development Manager
Location: Central London
Salary: Base of £50,000 – £60,000 (negotiable depending on experience) + uncapped bonus + benefits (DOE). OTE of approximately £100k+
Type: Full-Time, Permanent | Office-based
Greystone Consulting Group are partnering with a fast-growing, market-leading company in the construction sector to find a driven Business Development Manager. This is a career-defining role for someone who thrives in B2B sales and wants to take ownership of their success.
You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle – from identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and developing accounts, through to closing deals and celebrating your wins. With an uncapped commission scheme, your earnings potential is in your hands.

What you’ll be doing
- Building and managing your own pipeline of new business opportunities
- Growing long-term client relationships and accounts
- Developing networks and generating leads through proactive outreach
- Partnering closely with operations to deliver for your clients
- Running a structured, effective sales process from start to finish
- Hosting client meetings, events, and networking opportunities
What you’ll bring
- A proven track record in B2B sales (construction sector sales experience or financial services sales experience desirable but not essential)
- Strong new business and account management skills
- Experience using CRM systems to track activity and pipeline
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, detail-focused, and confident in managing your own diary
- A positive, professional manner with a strong work ethic
