About the Role
This is a Business Development Manager, BDM Fire & Security opportunity for someone who excels at securing new business and building strong client relationships. You’ll shape the company’s fire and security solutions expansion, engaging cross-industry decision-makers.

Your day-to-day will include:
- Developing strategic sales plans
- Creating and delivering persuasive presentations
- Negotiating high-value deals
- Operating from our Wolverhampton base
- Balancing client interaction with strategic planning, supported by a collaborative team.
What You’ll Bring
To thrive as a Business Development Manager, BDM (Fire & Security), we’re looking for:
- At least 5 years’ experience in fire/security sales
- A proven track record in forecasting, converting, and managing new business opportunities
- Deep expertise in:
- Fire alarm systems
- Intruder alarms
- Access control
- CCTV systems
- Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders with confident and persuasive communication
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, highly organised with strong independence
- A valid UK driving licence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems
