Cyber Energia is a fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS company protecting the renewable energy and critical infrastructure sectors. Our mission is to safeguard the clean energy transition by delivering advanced monitoring, risk management, and compliance solutions tailored to operational technology (OT) environments. Backed by strong funding and a global parent group, we are scaling rapidly across Europe and the US. The Role As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving pipeline growth and new business across the renewables, utilities, and data centre sectors in the UK & Ireland region. You will bridge local client engagement with our international team, developing relationships with key stakeholders and positioning Cyber Energia as the trusted cybersecurity partner for energy operators. This is a high-impact role for someone who is commercially driven, culturally fluent, and passionate about cybersecurity and clean energy. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in the region. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Position Cyber Energia's SaaS solutions as the leading cybersecurity offering for OT environments. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through to deal closure. Represent Cyber Energia at industry events, conferences, and client roadshows. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Engineers, Marketing, Product) to deliver tailored client solutions. Provide input into go-to-market strategy and product feedback from the region.

Required Experience & Skills Proven track record in B2B sales/business development, ideally within SaaS, technology, or cybersecurity. Experience selling into energy, renewables, utilities, or industrial sectors. Strong understanding of consultative sales and solution selling. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Familiarity with OT cybersecurity, compliance frameworks (IEC 62443, NIS2, etc.). Previous experience in a scale-up or start-up environment. Knowledge of the data centre and critical infrastructure sectors. Compensation & Benefits Base salary + commission (OTE).
