Job Overview

The Business Development will build the resellers channel and manage relationships in the related territory. Successful candidates must be passionate and proactive in driving channel development, accountability, and sales growth.

What will you be doing

  • Developing the customers mainly at the Reseller level and increasing sales and SOW.
  • Create strategies and maximize sell-through of products within channels.
  • Closely manage and enable the channel performance related to pipeline growth, partner team alignment, forecast accuracy, etc.
  • Identify key sales opportunities and manage sales against the target.
  • Work with marketing to drive programs and events to extend the relationships to new prospects.
  • Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products.
  • Weekly review of activities and pipeline. Prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports, gap analyses, and regional market updates for internal review.
  • Continually learning about new products and improving selling skills.
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars, and trade shows.
  • Business travel is expected.

What you bring to the team

  • Demonstrated sales experience in developing partner and key reseller channels.
  • 5+ years of successful field sales experience within the related territory. IT, Consumer Electronics, or CCTV industries experience is required.
  • Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve sales target and efficiency.
  • A creative and strategic way of thinking. Has the ability to work under pressure if necessary. Good insight and foresight ability.
  • Excellent time management skills. Competitive attitude and strong work ethic with the ability to enthusiastically represent the company.
  • BA/BS + required.
  • Passionate and persuasive. Excellent communication skills.
