Job Title: Business Development Manager: Conferences and Events
Salary: Up to A GBP 36,000 + bonus + benefits
Location: Lancashire
We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow Conferences and Events revenue across a high-profile hospitality venue. You'll own the sales strategy, win new business, and maximize key accounts. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where commercial impact and client relationships go hand in hand.

- Drive new business and grow existing accounts
- Deliver a proactive C and E sales strategy
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
- Hit and exceed revenue and conversion targets
- Use CRM and insights to build a strong pipeline
- Work closely with operations to maximize every opportunity
