Join a Global SaaS Business Driving the Future of Venue Analytics

Beonic is a leading global SaaS company helping airports, retailers, shopping centres, stadiums, and public venues make smarter, data-driven decisions. Operating across 11,000 venues in 55 countries, our innovative analytics platform combines WiFi analytics, people counting, LiDAR technology, and AI-powered computer vision to provide customers with valuable insights into visitor behaviour and operational performance.

As they continue to grow across Europe, we're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive new business across the UK and Mainland Europe.

The Role

This is a senior enterprise sales position focused on winning new business across our key markets of airports, retail, and retail property.

  • Develop and win new enterprise business across the UK and Mainland Europe.
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers across airports, retail, and commercial property sectors.
  • Manage the full sales process from prospecting through to contract negotiation and close.
  • Deliver consultative, value-led sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
  • Represent Beonic at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events across Europe.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

About You

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • 5+ years' experience selling Enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • A proven track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing complex, high-value sales cycles.
  • Strong commercial awareness and excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence engaging with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience selling into airports, retail, property, data analytics, IoT, or technology solutions would be highly advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK and Mainland Europe (approximately 20–30%).
