About the Role

My name is Arjan Kats. I’m the hiring manager for the Business Development Manager role. As a leader, I believe that everyone grows in their own way, which is why I place great importance on personal development and tailored guidance. Together, we focus on your strengths, identify opportunities for growth, and provide support where needed—while giving you the freedom and trust to take ownership where you excel. I also encourage new ideas and initiative, because I believe the best results come from people who feel empowered to contribute, challenge the status quo, and make a real impact on our success.

Your Role & Influence as Business Development Manager Lenovo

  • You will be given responsibility for developing and executing the strategic growth plan for Lenovo in Norway, identifying new commercial opportunities and translating them into sustainable business growth.

Collaboration

  • Together with your team, you take care of growing the Lenovo business in Norway and achieving ambitious sales and category growth targets. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with the Sales, Marketing, Category Management, and Vendor Management departments, while maintaining strong relationships with Lenovo and other external stakeholders through regular strategic and operational meetings.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
