£45,000 - £55,000 Base + Uncapped Commission + Excellent Benefits
Year 1 OTE - Commission ( £35,000 - £50,000 - 10% on all new deals)

Leading media events, data and marketing business seeks an outstanding Business Development Manager to join their team.
The Business Development Manager role focuses on selling sponsorship and packages across our client's global events coupled with data products which are sold on a licensed basis.
Our client is the industry leader within the global insurance market and with over 75% of their industry being widely familiar with who they are, this role presents a rare opportunity to work for a genuine leader in it’s field.
There is also scope for a 2-4 global travel trips to Bermuda, Vermont, Caymen Islands and Chicago.

If you are a highly polished, skilled Business Development Manager, ideally with event sponsorship and or data sales experience and want to work for a leading independent market leader with global travel and an unrivalled commission structure – please get in touch.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in event sponsorship / exhibition sales or date sales or wider media sales.
- Ideally degree educated
- Demonstrated success in achieving excellent revenue results.
- Highly organised, with the ability to effectively prioritise and manage time to maximize productivity and achieve goals.
- High emotional intelligence, skilled in building and sustaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly consultative sales approach
- Personable and enthusiastic, with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- A true team player committed to collective success.
