Role Overview

Due to rapid growth, we are hiring an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our global business development team in the UK Field Sales team.

Reporting to: Team Lead, Business Development

Core focus: 100% new business development, working collaboratively with the Commercial team and potential partners.

Outreach & Prospecting

  • Conduct dialled outreach to key decision-makers via:
    • Phone outreach
    • Email campaigns
    • Social platform engagement
  • Objective: Generate and convert bookings (in-person meetings as appropriate)

Sales & Product Promotion

  • Deliver product demos to prospective and existing partners
  • Sell Fresha’s full range of solutions

Full Sales Cycle Management

  • Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to close
    • Engaging leads
    • Conducting discovery calls
    • Negotiating terms
    • Closing deals

Partner Engagement & Coordination

  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with partners to:
    • Align Fresha’s solutions with their business goals
    • Tailor proposals and upsell opportunities
  • Serve as the primary commercial liaison for partners
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Customer Success, Product) to ensure smooth onboarding

Market Insights & Trend Analysis

  • Provide input on industry trends to influence business strategy

Leads & CRM Management

  • Follow up on all qualified inbound leads promptly
  • Document call outcomes and leads in the CRM system

Requirements

Essential:

  • 2+ years of proven B2B SaaS or marketplace sales experience
  • Experience in beauty, wellness, or technology industries (SaaS/finance/platforms) preferred
  • Strong relationship-building skills – or a "hunter" mindset
  • Highly organised with ability to:
    • Multitask effectively
  • Motivated by fresh challenges
  • Desire for continuous learning & growth

Bonus Credits:

  • Fluent in English + another language
  • Prior experience in the beauty & wellness sector
