Business Development Manager – Logistics
Field-Based (Bedfordshire & Northamptonshire)
Salary: £40,000 Basic + Company Car + Uncapped Commission (Realistic Year 1 OTE: £70,000 - £100,000+)

We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager who enjoys opening doors, building long-term client relationships and winning new business. Backed by an experienced operational team and a broad portfolio of transport and logistics solutions, you'll have everything you need to grow your territory and maximise your earning potential.

The Role
- Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across your territory.
- Manage opportunities from initial contact through to implementation.
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and presentations.
- Prepare tailored proposals and commercial quotations.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently exceed revenue targets.
About You
You will have:
- A proven track record in B2B field sales or business development.
- A genuine passion for winning new business and exceeding sales targets.
- The confidence to present to business owners and senior decision-makers.
- A self-motivated, organized approach to managing your own territory effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills and sharp commercial awareness.
- A full UK driving licence (essential).

Experience within transport, logistics, freight, warehousing, or supply chain would be advantageous, although high-performing B2B sales professionals from other sectors will also be considered.
