Role Overview

This B2B Business Development Manager role (reporting to the Head of Sales – Europe) is designed for someone who loves fast-paced, autonomous work, thrives on challenges, and wants to create lasting business impact.

What You’ll Do

Core Responsibilities:

  • Sales Targets – Consistently meet and exceed KPI-driven sales targets
  • Outreach – Engage prospects via: phone, email, social media, and (where needed) in-person meetings
  • Selling Solutions – Conduct demo-driven pitches to highlight value and capabilities for both new and existing partners
  • Full Purchase Cycle – Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing
  • Partner Alignment – Assess business needs and benchmark cost-benefit analyses to ensure solutions fit operational goals
  • Cross-Department Coordination – Collaborate with teams to deliver seamless partner experiences
  • Market Intelligence – Provide insights on emerging industry trends
  • Lead Responsibility – Ensure 100% follow-up on qualified inbound leads, with all engagement logged in the CRM system
  • Primary Partner Point of Contact – Handle all commercial inquiries and relationships post-sale

What We Are Looking For

Must-Have Experience & Skills

✅ 2+ years of B2B sales (proven track record of success) ✅ SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms preferred but not mandatory ✅ Hunter mentality – Proven ability to build and sustain deep commercial relationships ✅ Multitasking & time management – Can prioritise effectively under tight deadlines ✅ Curiosity-driven growth mindset – Focused on continuous learning and development
