This role values attitude as much as experience. You’ll be supported but must bring focus, resilience, and a strong drive to close business. You’ll learn how to:
- Manage a territory
- Build a sales pipeline
- Use CRM tools to turn opportunities into long-term customer relationships
What You’ll Be Doing
- Winning new business and growing existing accounts
- Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
- Following up consistently and closing opportunities
- Using CRM (Salesforce) to plan, track, and improve performance
- Developing trusted relationships with customers
- Working with a supportive team to deliver strong commercial results
What We’re Looking For
- A strong desire to succeed in sales and build a long-term career
- Resilience, drive, and the ability to keep going when things get tough
- Confidence to engage with customers and learn quickly
- A disciplined approach to follow-up and organisation
- Willingness to learn CRM tools and structured sales processes
- Experience in sales, retail, healthcare, or customer-facing roles (beneficial but not essential)
