About the Role

Fresha is scaling rapidly and seeks a Business Development Manager to lead new business growth and partnerships. Reporting to the Head of Sales (Europe), this role is 100% focused on cultivating high-value deals.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

  • Hit sales targets – Drive consistent revenue through new B2B partnerships and revenue growth.
  • Prospect proactively – Outreach via phone, email, and social channels to qualified decision-makers, closing deals through 1:1 engagements and demos.
  • Manage the sales pipeline – Handle end-to-end prospect-to-close cycles, tailoring solutions for partners.
  • Align solutions to market needs – Conduct cost-benefit analysis with partners to ensure Fresha’s platform and purchase tools align with their strategic goals.
  • Provide industry insights – Monitor and share emerging market trends and business outcomes.
  • Leverage inbound leads effectively – Act on all qualified leads within the specified time frames and document activities in CRM.
  • Serve as the primary commercial contact – Oversee all commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and ongoing relationships.

Additional tasks may arise as strategic priorities evolve.


Requirements

Essential: 📌 2+ years of proven success in B2B sales 📌 Strong background in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment technologies (desirable) 📌 Relationship-building ability – Exceptional selling instincts and negotiation skills 📌 Excelling in multitasking with time management, prioritisation, and meticulous documentation 📌 A thirst for curiosity – Desire to continually develop in a fast-evolving sector

Interview Process

  1. Screen Call – 30-min video chat with Talent Team
  2. Skills & Experience Round – Video/in-person interview with Team Leads (30 mins)
  3. Presentation Session – In-person interview with Manager (UK & Ireland) and Team Leads (60 mins)

We aim to finalise interviews and share feedback within 2 weeks.
