Business Development Manager

£35,000 to £45,000 DOE basic + 20% bonus + Company Car

South East | Field Based

Package:

  • £35,000 to £45,000 basic salary.
  • Up to 20% annual bonus.
  • Company car.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 27 days after two years' service.

You'll:

  • Build and develop your own territory through new business activity.
  • Win new customers while establishing long-term commercial relationships.
  • Work closely with convenience retailers, independent stores, symbol groups, and forecourt operators.
  • Manage the full sales process from initial conversation through to completion.
  • Become a product expert, confidently demonstrating the commercial value of the solution.
  • Take ownership of your territory and play a key role in the company's UK growth.

We're looking for:

  • Experience in a field-based Business Development, Area Sales, or Territory Sales role.
  • A proven track record of winning new business and developing customer relationships.
  • Experience selling into convenience, independent retail, symbol groups, forecourts, or the wider retail sector would be advantageous.
  • A consultative approach with the ability to understand customer challenges and recommend commercial solutions.
  • Self-motivated individuals who enjoy autonomy and managing their own territory.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with plenty of energy and enthusiasm.
  • A genuine desire to be part of an exciting growth journey.
  • Capital equipment or technical sales experience would be beneficial, but is not essential.
