CF Corporate Finance Ltd is a financial services company who focus on providing financial solutions and advisory services to a broad range of channel resellers. Team members work closely with businesses to structure financing, manage risk, and support long-term growth.
Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, field-based role in the North of England. This position is responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Day-to-day activities include:
- Prospecting and qualifying leads
- Conducting client meetings and presentations
- Preparing proposals
- Coordinating closely with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs

Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within financial services or a related B2B environment.
- Strong client relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
- Solid understanding of corporate finance, lending, or investment products, and the ability to identify appropriate solutions for different client profiles.
- Competence in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office applications, and data analysis to track pipelines, performance, and market opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and uphold high standards of ethics, compliance, and customer service.
