Meet Mindy Paul

Mindy Paul is a business and manifestation coaching company helping ambitious founders close the gap between where they are and what they're capable of. We work primarily with clients in service-based industries. $100M+ in client success generated. 200,000+ lives transformed. 87+ industries helped.

Why we're hiring

As the brand scales, we need someone who can build and own relationships at a senior level. Not just work a pipeline, but open doors, close deals, and represent Mindy Paul in rooms where our future clients and partners actually are. We're looking for a Business Development Manager to turn our growing network into revenue.

Who this is for

  • You're a proven closer who's comfortable owning a deal from first conversation to signature
  • You're a natural networker who builds real relationships, not just contact lists
  • You're confident representing a premium brand face-to-face with high-value clients
  • You're self-directed, hard working, and motivated by uncapped upside

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
