We’re recruiting on behalf of a high profile law firm seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support its high-performing M&A practice in London. Working closely with senior stakeholders and partners, you’ll drive strategic BD initiatives across Digital Infrastructure transactions, Private Equity, and Public M&A, supporting client growth, pitches, market positioning, and cross-practice collaboration. The firm are well recognise to having shown their investment to growth, with this position adding to their continued success.

Prepare pitches, proposals, RFPs, credentials, and client materials. Support business development strategy, client targeting, and pipeline activity. Manage directory submissions, awards, market research, and CRM updates. Collaborate across teams on thought leadership, events, and cross-selling opportunities. Track BD activity and maintain marketing collateral and experience records.
Do you have? Proven business development/marketing experience within legal. Strong stakeholder management, writing, and project coordination skills. Experience with research tools (e.g., PitchBook, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Refinitiv) is advantageous. Highly organised, commercially minded, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
