Our client is an established Managed Services Provider with over 18 years' experience delivering secure, reliable and innovative IT solutions to organisations across the South and throughout the UK.
Supporting customers typically between 50–500 users, they specialise in helping organisations modernise, secure and simplify their IT environments through a comprehensive portfolio of managed and cloud services.

- Backup, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BC/DRaaS)
- Cloud & Private Hosting
- Connectivity, Networking & WiFi

Following continued growth, they are investing in their sales function and are looking for an experienced new business professional to help drive the next phase of expansion.

The Role
This is a genuine new business hunting role focused on winning new customers and building long-term recurring revenue across a growing Managed Services and XaaS portfolio.
You'll target organisations with approximately 50–500 users, identify commercial and technical challenges, and work closely with technical pre-sales consultants to deliver tailored solutions that create long-term customer value.
This is a consultative sales role where success comes from building trusted relationships rather than simply selling products.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Identify and win new customers across the South and wider UK
- Generate and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking and partner engagement
- Lead consultative discovery meetings with business and technical stakeholders
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Consistently achieve and exceed new business revenue targets

- Cyber Security

- VoIP & Unified Communications
What We're Looking For
- Experience with IT, Managed Services or Technology Sales
- Proven track record of winning new business and generating recurring revenue
- Experience selling into organisations with approximately 50–500 users
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and VMware/Hyper-V environments
- Exposure to Managed Services, Cloud, Cyber Security, Backup or Networking solutions
- Experience working with vendors such as Microsoft, Dell or VMware would be advantageous
