At TLC Care our focus is quality of life. The design of the homes and its entire operation are dedicated to that cause. The role will be based in Potters Bar.
Our approach to specialised nursing and care is, we believe, is second to none, with highly-trained carers and nurses on hand 24 hours a day to provide assistance to meet the needs and wishes of each individual resident.

The role
We are looking for an experienced Sales, Marketing and Business Professional whose role is to ensure the home meets its occupancy and revenue targets. This will be done through regular liaison with local hospitals and relevant stakeholders whilst promoting and integrating the home within the local community and developing strong community links to generate new leads. Leads will be effectively managed in line with the TLC sales and marketing process to generate sales and move-ins. Relationship building with both community and professional contacts, in addition to consultative sales skills in enquiry management, are core attributes required for success in this position.

Requirements
- Experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development
- Experience of developing and maintaining relationships
- Strong communication skills
- High level attention to detail
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
