The Role: This is a field based Business Development Manager role, covering Scotland and the North East Speaking with various individuals and KOL’s throughout the NHS and Private healthcare sector, focused on soft tissue reconstruction products. You will be speaking to consultants and other key surgical staff, winning confidence in the products and service provided by your award winning company. You will be focused on target hospitals and trusts, while maintaining existing relationships, growing the customer base across your region. Full initial training will be provided with ongoing career development

The Ideal Person: Ideally you have either soft tissue reconstruction / surgical mesh sales experience, or experience with electro surgical products, surgical stapling or clinical focused products within general surgery Someone with general surgical, abdominal, colorectal surgical product sales or other soft tissue focused medical device sales experience into theatre would be considered for the role. A good attitude and strong sales background are essential, this is not an account management role, you need to enjoy winning new business. Someone with a strong clinical background would be ideal, but this is not essential, as long as you have the suitable mesh sales experience. Full UK Driving Licence is essential. Right to work in the UK is essential – no sponsorship available (sorry).
