The Opportunity

This is a senior, high-impact sales role where you’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end ERP sales cycle. You’ll work closely with CFO's, Finance Directors and senior operational leaders, helping them understand how ERP transformation can unlock productivity, control, insight and scalability.

You’ll be trusted to build your own pipeline, shape opportunities with pre-sales experts, and close complex ERP deals that combine software, implementation and managed support.

What will you be doing?

  • Owning and delivering against new business and account expansion targets
  • Running high-quality discovery to understand customer priorities, challenges and success measures
  • Positioning Dynamics 365 Business Central as a commercial, outcomes-led solution
  • Managing full sales cycles from qualification through to negotiation and close
  • Building and maintaining a strong, well-governed sales pipeline
  • Leading multi-stakeholder sales processes and buying committees
  • Preparing tailored proposals and RFP responses with pre-sales and delivery teams
  • Collaborating with Microsoft and partner teams to progress opportunities
  • Keeping CRM data accurate, up to date and forecast-ready
  • Representing ANS professionally with customers, partners and at industry events

You’ll Bring

What we’re looking for..

  • 3-5+ years’ experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV
  • A proven track record of winning ERP deals in the UK mid-market
  • Experience selling ERP projects that include licensing, implementation and support
  • Confidence engaging senior executives including CFOs and Finance Directors
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
  • Strong pipeline management and commercial discipline

You’ll Be

  • Commercially astute and comfortable owning a revenue target
  • Collaborative, working closely with pre-sales, delivery and Microsoft partners
  • A clear, credible communicator who can simplify complex change
  • Self-motivated, organised and proactive in building pipeline

What is needed to do this role?

  • Meddicc training or similar
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Experience
  • Business Applications (CRM) fundamentals, Microsoft Catalyst certified & / or other relevant Microsoft certifications
