Trafi (an Enghouse Company)
Trafi (an Enghouse Company) is a leading provider of journey planning solutions, enabling cities and transit agencies to optimize urban transportation. Our innovative platform integrates various transport modes, offering real-time data and user-friendly applications that enhance the commuter experience and improve city mobility. We are committed to shaping the future of mobility in urban environments through intelligent and efficient solutions.
We are looking for a commercially driven, entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives on building opportunities where others see uncertainty.
This isn't a role for someone who simply responds to published tenders or manages an existing pipeline. We're looking for someone who understands where the mobility market is heading, builds trusted relationships with cities, transit agencies and industry partners, and helps position Trafi as the partner that gets them there.
Working closely with Product, Delivery and Leadership teams, you'll help shape long-term commercial opportunities, influence our product roadmap through customer insights, and drive the adoption of solutions that improve urban mobility.
This is a Remote role based in UK, offering the flexibility to work from home or the office (we have a few) according to your preference.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to identify and grow new business opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with cities, transit agencies, operators, consultants, and strategic partners.
- Identify emerging market trends, customer challenges, and competitive developments, turning them into commercial opportunities.
- Lead complex consultative sales processes, including public tenders where applicable.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Delivery, and Marketing teams, ensuring customer insights help shape future product development.
- Develop compelling proposals, business cases, and presentations that clearly communicate the value of Trafi's solutions.
- Represent Trafi at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and account plans.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
