About the Role

An international, mid-sized creative studio is looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to join its vibrant and collaborative London team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded business development professional who thrives within the creative industries and enjoys building meaningful client relationships. Working closely with the Commercial Director, you will play a key role in driving new business across the UK and Europe, identifying opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and contributing to the continued growth of an ambitious, collaborative studio. This isn’t a traditional sales role; rather than selling a tangible product, you’ll be representing a creative business that delivers unique, design-led solutions for clients across the built environment and beyond. Success comes from understanding clients’ ambitions, identifying opportunities and collaborating internally to develop compelling proposals, presentations and pitches that win work.

Our client is committed to fostering a creative and collaborative working environment where people can thrive. They offer an excellent benefits package, including private healthcare, generous annual leave, hybrid and flexible working, regular team socials, a dog-friendly studio, and dedicated time each month to pursue your own creative interests.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
