Business Development Manager | Network, Server & Cloud Infrastructure (Remote)
Location: Remote, occasional to Gloucester office
Compensation: £55,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (with guaranteed commission period)
A fast-growing Managed Service Provider is looking for a self-sufficient and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join its high-performance sales team.
This is a hands-on, autonomous role focused on winning new business across Network, Server, and Cloud Infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will already have a strong foundation in the sector, bringing both technical credibility and an established network to help accelerate growth from day one.
With a strong emphasis on performance and earning potential, this role offers uncapped commission and the opportunity to significantly increase earnings for high achievers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive new business acquisition across network, server, and cloud infrastructure solutions
- Build and manage your own pipeline end-to-end with minimal supervision or “hand-holding”
- Leverage existing contacts and market presence to generate immediate opportunities
- Engage with technical and commercial stakeholders to understand requirements and position solutions effectively
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close and account expansion
- Work independently to identify, qualify, and convert new enterprise-level opportunities
- Collaborate where needed with internal technical and delivery teams to support solution design and proposals

What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in B2B sales within Network, Server/Datacentre, Cloud, or wider infrastructure markets
- Strong track record of new business generation and consistently hitting or exceeding targets
- Existing industry contacts or a strong foundation within the infrastructure space is highly desirable
- Technically confident, with the ability to hold credible conversations with engineers and decision-makers
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable operating in a fully remote, autonomous role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to maximise uncapped earning potential
