Business Development Manager – New Build
Chronos Energy have partnered with a Low Carbon Energy Developer who are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager in Scotland. The company are going through an ambitious growth stage, looking to triple their revenue in the coming years.
The Business Development Manager position is a key role, in a region that has fantastic potential for growth. The role involves strategic planning, lead development, all the way up to financial close, delivering Low Carbon Heat infrastructure to housing developers. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious character who wants to grow their career.

Experience
- Knowledge of new build housing market
- Strong network in the new build housing sector
- Skilled relationship manager and negotiator
- Experience of responding to tenders
- Ability to manage long sales cycle

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial sales strategy
- Identify business opportunities, managing sales pipeline
- Develop proposals, respond to tenders
- Manage client relationships, ensuring technical & commercial solutions are appropriate
- Negotiate commercial terms
- Collaborate internally with technical, financial & commercial teams
