Business Development Manager - AI Software - NHS New Business

Region: Midlands and South (East & West Midlands, Northern Home counties, East Anglia and Berkshire)

Hybrid - Home Based with Customer Meetings as required

THE ROLE: Drive new NHS business across Central UK, identifying, developing and closing high-value software opportunities. Engage CIOs, CFOs, CMIOs, CCIOs and Digital Health leaders, managing complex sales cycles and £500k+ opportunities from prospecting through to contract award.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Candidates must have 5+ years' experience selling software solutions into the NHS, with a proven track record of securing and closing deals ranging from £500k to multi-million-pound contracts. Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience managing complex, long NHS sales cycles are essential.

PACKAGE:

  • £80,000-£100,000 basic
  • £30k+ OTE
  • Company car or £600p/m car allowance
  • Added benefits such as 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, 12% pension, private healthcare, mobile, laptop and expenses.
