Noted as one of the UK's top tech enterprises by E2E and GPTW, Nephos is a data capability business. We help enterprise organisations across Financial Services, Insurance, and other regulated sectors build and run real data capability — through professional and managed services that make governance, AI readiness, and regulatory compliance stick.

We're not a strategy consultancy. We're not a technology reseller. We sit in the space between the two: we build the programmes others only advise on, and we run the functions that vendors only install. Our clients are large, complex organisations with serious data problems and the budget to solve them.

At Nephos Technologies, our values guide the behaviours of how we strive to develop our company, engage with our clients, and support the development of our staff. At its heart, our values can be summed in three words: Innovation, Integrity, and Independence.

About the role

As part of our growth strategy, Nephos are seeking a New Business Sales Representative to join our team.

This is a pure new business hunting role. You'll own a named set of enterprise accounts, run structured outbound, and close complex consultative deals with senior buyers — CISOs, CDOs, and DPOs — who are under real regulatory and operational pressure to get their data under control.

You'll need domain knowledge in data management or information security, a proven track record of self-sourcing pipeline, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

Experience in enterprise selling is a must, and familiarity with platforms like BigID, Varonis, or OneTrust is a strong advantage.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
