Business Development Manager
Join a business where your results genuinely matter.
Park Direct UK is an established and growing private parking management company, delivering tailored parking solutions to managing agents, residential developments, commercial estates, housing providers, and landowners across London and the South East.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help expand our client portfolio.
This isn’t a corporate sales role and it isn’t an account management position.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, opening doors, building relationships, and winning new business.
If you’re commercially driven, enjoy the challenge of securing new clients, and want to be part of a close-knit team where your contribution makes a real difference, we’d like to hear from you.
The Role
Based from our office in Iver, you’ll spend your time prospecting for new business, arranging meetings, carrying out site visits, and presenting tailored parking management solutions to prospective clients.
You’ll manage the sales process from initial contact through to signed agreement, working closely with our operations team to ensure every new client receives an excellent experience.
You’ll have the freedom to develop your own pipeline while being supported by an experienced team that values initiative and results.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
