Business Development Manager

Join one of the UK's fastest-growing Out of Home media owners.

Are you a proven new business salesperson who loves opening doors, building relationships and winning new clients?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing Out of Home media owner as they continue to invest in their Direct Sales team. With a portfolio spanning both Digital and Classic OOH, you'll have the freedom to sell a broad range of advertising solutions to SMEs, local businesses, direct advertisers, public sector organisations and direct media agencies across the UK.

This is a genuine business development role. You'll be trusted to identify opportunities, generate your own leads, build a strong pipeline and convert new business, while being backed by a recognised brand and an impressive nationwide media portfolio.

The Role

You'll be responsible for developing new business within your territory, introducing clients to the power of Out of Home advertising and helping them create campaigns that deliver real commercial impact.

Working remotely with the support of an experienced regional team, you'll:

  • Generate and win new business from direct advertisers, local businesses and agencies.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting.
  • Arrange and attend client meetings, presenting tailored advertising solutions.
  • Create compelling proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Develop long-term relationships that generate repeat revenue.
  • Accurately manage activity and opportunities through CRM.
  • Deliver against ambitious revenue targets while helping grow the company's presence within your region.

About You

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hunting for new business and thrives on winning new clients.

You'll ideally have:

  • A proven track record in business development or new business sales.
  • Experience working to and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong prospecting, networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and closing ability.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with high levels of resilience and drive.
  • Experience within media, advertising, OOH, digital or a similar commercial environment would be advantageous, although exceptional B2B sales professionals from other sectors will also be considered.
  • A full UK driving licence.
