The role in a sentence Your target customer installs 200–500 solar systems a year. Get them on board, service them well, and the account manages itself. The hard bit — and the fun bit — is the hunt 80% new business. 10% account management. 3-4 days on the road. 1+ day home. Revenue target: £3m–£5m per year at full pace.

What you need to be:

Hunger. Tenacity. Proactivity. Five days a week Field sales experience in a technical sector — energy, electrical, construction, mechanical, would be a bonus - We want a hunter!! A relationship builder. A full UK driving licence.

The Person: Get set to join a UK team of 10, backed by a ~350-person European business with 30 years of pedigree. Premium product. Strong brand.
