Business Development Manager | Banking & Finance
London | Hybrid Working | International Law Firm
I'm working with a highly regarded international law firm that is looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to support the continued growth of its Banking & Finance practice.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing BD team in a genuinely strategic role. Working closely with senior partners across multiple international offices, you'll help drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships and raise the profile of one of the firm's key practice areas.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Developing and delivering commercial BD plans across multiple jurisdictions.
- Identifying new business opportunities and cross-selling initiatives.
- Leading on pitches, proposals and bank panel submissions.
- Driving client targeting, CRM strategy and market insight.
- Owning flagship events, sponsorships and conferences.
- Managing legal directory submissions.
- Supporting partners with key client relationships and strategic growth initiatives.

- Experience in a Business Development role within legal or professional services.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence senior partners.
- A commercial mindset and the ability to spot growth opportunities.
- Experience leading pitches, events and strategic BD initiatives.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a genuine passion for business development.
