About Virty

Virty is transforming preventative healthcare by combining digital health technology, clinician-led services, and wearable health monitoring to help individuals take control of their health before problems become illnesses.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to help expand our intermediary and B2B partnerships across the UK.

The Role

This is a remote, business development role focused on creating new commercial opportunities with intermediaries and employer clients.

  • Identify, engage, and develop relationships with organizations including employee benefits consultants, brokers, wellbeing providers, and corporate employers.
  • Introduce Virty's preventative healthcare solutions and progress opportunities through to commercial agreement.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Previous B2B business development or partnership sales experience.
  • Experience selling through or working with intermediaries, brokers, or employee benefits providers.
  • A proven ability to generate new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence presenting to senior decision-makers.
  • Strong organizational and pipeline management skills.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
