About Us
TakeChipandPin.co.uk is a leading provider of card machine services for small and medium-sized businesses. We are currently seeking a self-employed appointment maker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up appointments for our sales team with potential new customers.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to set up appointments for our sales team
- Follow up with leads generated by our marketing efforts
- Track and report on appointment-setting progress
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions
Requirements
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Proven track record of setting appointments or sales experience
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills
- Must have a quiet work environment and a reliable internet connection

Business Development Manager
An exciting high-growth player in the payments sector, with a newly established rapidly expanding office is currently hiring for a Business Development Manager to help achieve sales and growth targets for their omni-channel payment solutions. This is a hands on sales/business development position, so you will need to be a confident salesperson in the sector, with a successful track record selling merchant services.

Responsibilities
- Creating a target list of relevant companies, and manage your activities to create a pipeline of sales opportunities within customer accounts, whilst managing risk & margin
- Meeting with customers & target/prospect customers regularly, building up a picture of their requirements & selling consultatively, creating a pipeline risk of high, medium and low risk target business
- Converting prospects to customers and ensure they are on-boarded correctly, working closely with internal teams
- Presenting to prospects & building long term, collaborative networks in the sector
Requirements
- You’re a highly motivated sales specialist, driven by personal & customer success
- You have a minimum of 1+ years payments sales experience
- Have a consultative sales technique with the ability to close new logo business
- Confident, intelligent and motivated to develop within a high-pace, high growth payments brand
- Able to hire, grow and develop a team of channel sales professionals to support and deliver company targets
