For over 100 years, we have supported government and industry through pioneering research, testing and expertise. Join us in delivering trusted products, services, standards and qualifications that help create safer, more sustainable buildings and a better future for people and the planet.

This is an exciting opportunity to join BRE during a significant growth phase, helping to increase the adoption of BREEAM and wider sustainability services across Poland and emerging Eastern European markets. You'll have the autonomy to build relationships, win new business and influence regional growth while working closely with experienced international commercial leaders.

About The Role

Are you a commercially driven business development professional with strong connections in the Polish real estate, construction or sustainability sectors? Do you want to play a key role in expanding one of the world's most recognised sustainability certification brands across Central and Eastern Europe?

As a Business Development Manager, you will lead business growth activity across Poland while supporting expansion into key Eastern European markets. Your focus will be on developing new client relationships, identifying commercial opportunities and helping organisations understand the value that sustainability certification and assurance services can bring to their projects and portfolios.

Working remotely and travelling regularly across the region, you'll act as a key representative of BRE, helping to strengthen our market presence while providing valuable insight into local market conditions, customer needs and future growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with senior decision-makers across the real estate and construction sectors, including developers, investors, asset owners, contractors and public-sector organisations.
  • Develop and deliver business development plans across Poland and selected Eastern European markets.
  • Generate new revenue opportunities across the BREEAM portfolio and wider BRE services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and industry influencers.
  • Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities through a consultative sales approach.
  • Represent BRE at industry events, conferences and networking forums.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales, marketing and product teams to support growth objectives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer insight to support BRE's long-term European growth strategy.
  • Act as a trusted link between local market requirements and BRE's international teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
